Over the 28 years in my role as a Human Resource Management and Development Practitioner, in both the Private and Public sectors, my critical success factors include the knowledge garnered through formal training, on-the-job learning from experiences and feedback from staff; the multi-faceted, hands-on experience gained in all components of this discipline, professionalism, strong belief in my personal values, integrity, and ethics, and the value added through creativity and innovation.

I am a superior team player and am proactive about sustainable organizational change, growth, employee development, and welfare.

My career has taken me through almost all of the major sectors, including Manufacturing, Health, Gaming, Financial Services, Food Service, Education, and Tourism & Hospitality, locally and within the Caribbean region.

I am a Project Manager and a Transformational Leader.

I am very ardent about community service, especially working with children/teens to contribute to their development and growth as successful, rounded adults.

I have been a member of Optimist International for over 20 years, serving as a Distinguished Club President and other roles at the Caribbean District Level, including Leadership Development Chair and Conference Planning and Hospitality Chair.
